Our seven-day return policy applies to eligible items. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with tags. Contact us within seven days of receiving your order to request a return. Customers pay return shipping.
How to return. Email refunds@jimenezjewelry.com with your order number. Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need more time to post the refund.
